You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To request a return, please contact us at sales@247response.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
